Does Rod Balgojevich look like Sean Astin?

Maybe it's just me.  But Blagojevich looks like a Goonie.  He bears a resemblance to Samwise Gamgee.  I want to start chanting, "Rudy!  Rudy!  Rudy!"

Is it just me?  Or is it?
