A lot of people complain about David Wright. He doesn't come through in the clutch. He strikes out too much. He's not the guy to build a team around. He should be traded.
I don't agree with that one bit. Keep David. The Mets need Batman. David Wright is Robin. And a damn good one, too. But Robin alone didn't take down the Joker. He needed the Caped Crusader.
Madoff, however, made off with the Bat Signal.
